- Establish Set up of New Distributor.
- Control & Monitoring of existing Distributor/Retailer.
- Act as a Coach to Distributor Salesmen.
- Primary Sales Planning based on Market & potential.
- Secondary Sales Monitoring.
- Prepare Monthly Reports /MIS.
- Subversion & Training of Outsourcing Employees.
- Responsible for market development activities
- Developing marketing channels by appointing dealers
- Accounting and reporting of stock and sales.
- Prepare, set and achieve the target.
- Promoting sales & business development of newly launched product
- Candidate should be able to work under pressure
- Meeting sales goals and targets in a required time frame.
